About Simone

Simone is a trained violinist and has further trained to become a violin teacher at Stockholms Musikpedagogiska Institut with Päivikki Wirkkala Malmqvist. Simone is also a trained Suzuki violin teacher and offers Suzuki violin which you can also read about

Simone has a great interest for chamber music and is one of the founding members of Ensemble Sol & Måne, currently taking bookings for their new children’s show.

Aside from performing, Simone has a strong passion for pedagogy and holds a desire to share her joy for music with other people. She has studied pedagogy at Stockholms Musikpedagogiska Institut, completed some courses of Colourstrings Teaching Training and is currently on the way to become a Suzuki Violin Teacher. She has taught at Kulturskolan Stockholm and Medborgarskolan Lidingö but at the moment works for her own business Simone Trollmo Violinpedagog.
